What is Paidrelay?
A payment service. You pay us in crypto, and we pay your AI subscription on your own account: an official gift for Claude and Perplexity, your checkout link paid with a U.S. card for ChatGPT, and a payment link for other services.
Do you need my password?
Not for Claude or Perplexity: we buy the official gift and email you the link or code, and you redeem it yourself. For ChatGPT and other services we pay the checkout link you send us. We only sign in to your account if a service gives no payment link, and only while you are online with us.
Which plans can you pay?
Claude Pro, Max 5x and Max 20x for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months; ChatGPT Plus and Pro, one month per order; Perplexity Pro for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. For other services, such as Cursor, Suno, Midjourney or Canva, we pay personal plans on request.
How much does it cost?
The plan price plus our 15% fee, shown as one total in U.S. dollars. There are no other charges from us. Every total is on the plans page.
How long does it take?
Usually within 2 hours of your payment confirming, between 09:00 and 21:00 UTC. At most 24 hours.
Which coins do you accept?
USDT on Tron (TRC-20) is the quickest. We also take USDT and USDC on other networks, BTC, ETH, SOL, TON, LTC and more. The full list is on the payment page.
How long is the crypto amount valid?
30 minutes from when you open the payment. Send the exact amount within that time. If it runs out, open the order again for a new amount at the current rate.
What if I send too little?
We email you the remaining amount. The order goes ahead once the rest arrives.
What if I send too much?
Write to us with your order number and we return the difference on request, in the same coin, minus the network fee of the transfer.
What if you can't pay my plan?
We refund the full amount you paid, in the same coin, minus only the network fee of the refund transfer.
Can I get a refund after the plan is active?
No. The guarantee covers a payment we could not complete. Once the gift is sent or your plan is paid, the order is complete, and what the service later does with your account is between you and the service.
How do I redeem a Claude gift?
Open the gift link from our email while signed in to your own Claude account and follow the steps there. Redeem it within 365 days of purchase.
I pay for Claude through the iPhone or Android app. Can I use a gift?
Not while that subscription is active. Cancel it in the app store, wait for the paid period to end, then redeem the gift.
Does ChatGPT renew automatically?
We pay one month per order. To keep the plan next month, place a new order with a fresh checkout link.
Will your card stay on my account?
With a gift, no: nothing is attached to your account. With a payment link or sign-in, our card stays on your subscription until you change it in the service's billing settings.
Is account sign-in safe?
It carries a risk. Most services' terms say you must not share your login, and a service could restrict the account. We use it only when you ask and nothing else works, while you are online, and we never store your password. You change it straight afterwards.
Where don't you work?
Countries where the service itself is not available, and sanctioned countries: Russia, Belarus, mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria and Venezuela.
Do you sell API credits or team seats?
No. We pay personal plans on your own account only. GitHub Copilot is also not possible, because GitHub does not accept prepaid cards.
Are you part of Anthropic or OpenAI?
No. Paidrelay is an independent payment service, not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity AI or any other service named here.
How do I reach you?
Email support@paidrelay.com with your order number. We answer every day, 09:00–21:00 UTC, and aim to reply in under 4 hours.
